Pasadena Attorney: Richard Jacinto
Hello, visitors. Thanks for investigating a little bit more about me. Good for you for being thorough!
I am Richard Jacinto and, in a way, I’m sorry you are reading this right now, because it probably means you have a legal problem, and I do not wish problems for anyone. But since no one seems exempt from problems in this world, please know that I got into the business of law, of seeking justice and doing the right thing, because I happened to find myself to be a good problem solver. So let me tell you more about the kinds of problems I like to solve and what I am good at solving. And should your problems and needs line up with my knowledge, experience and offerings, we might have a great match to begin a working relationship to solve your legal problems together.
I have been operating in Pasadena and Los Angeles County for over 30 years now. It’s been a wonderfully challenging and successful experience for me. I have been able to regularly help clients with difficult personal injuries find justice. I’ve been able to help people that might have caused personal injuries find a path forward.
The reality is that the world has crime in it. But it also has people who can help solve our crime problems. That’s why I also became an expert in Criminal Law, to serve this big need in our community and feel great about my contribution. My heritage is Hispanic, and with that comes the gift of speaking Spanish. As a proud American, I am very grateful for my heritage and my gift of the Spanish language. It contributed to my decision long ago to also focus on Immigration Law. It’s wonderful to not be limited by translations, and I do understand cultural concerns on a very personal and celebrated level with my own family.
I believe that family is sacred. When problems come up in this area, it takes an added measure of sensitivity to find justice and peace in the legal process. That’s what I am all about when we have to tackle tough family issues: spousal rights, child custody, child support, spousal support or alimony and splitting up the assets. We are all affected when friction presents itself within our families. In order to move forward, someone must be strong to ask for what they need, make sure it’s being done fairly and legally, and make sure that the tough reality of a family split gets approached in the best possible way. That’s exactly where I thrive and want to help the most. As an attorney, I am asking you to open up and share the family problems and to let us tackle and solve them together. I’ve been doing it for 30 years now and I’ve figured out a really good way to solve these issues common to humans everyone.
Life is precious and sometimes we lose the ones we love. I know that experience personally. I also know that our time is limited and it makes sense to legally plan for the future the best way possible. When someone dies, it invites emotional distress, confusion and, unfortunately, a lot of legal business to take care of. My experience in probate law allows me to help you with the problems presented with wills, inheritance, estates and all that needs to be accomplished when we lose someone. This lends itself to my other passion – to help you plan exactly what you want to leave behind, how you want it divided, and most importantly, how you want it all communicated. My final duty to clients who come to me to set up their estates and wills is to make sure their final wishes are met in exactly the way we are creating them: in person, together, in my offices, with documents and signatures to prove your final wishes are legal and legitimate.
Now, enough about me. I hope you’ve seen something in my legal practice and approach that will serve you. If so, please feel confident in reaching out to me via phone or email. Let’s start hearing about you, the specific problems you need solved and if I might be the one to help you on your path to success. Good fortune to you and your loved ones.
